Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Baltay AI LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit baltay.ai. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Baltay AI LLC.

This is a business website. We do not sell consumer products, we do not run advertising on the site, and we do not sell personal information.

Information you give us

The only place the site asks for information is the meeting request form. When you use it, you choose to give us your name, your work email address, the size of your organization, and whatever context you write about where your business is with AI today. That information is used to contact you, to schedule and prepare for the meeting, and to evaluate whether we are a fit for each other.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or trade secret information through the form. It is not the right channel for it. That includes health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers, and anything covered by an obligation of confidentiality you owe someone else.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects limited technical information when you visit. That includes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure and working.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages people read and how they arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information about your visit on our behalf. You can learn about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the site and our business, and they process information only to provide their service to us.

  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and protects it from abuse.
  • Google Analytics provides aggregate traffic measurement.
  • Google Calendar and our scheduling and email providers handle meeting requests and correspondence.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if we are required to by law, subpoena, or legal process, if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case any recipient remains bound by this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to, such as maintaining a record of our correspondence, meeting our legal and tax obligations, and resolving disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or stop associating it with you. You can ask us to delete what you sent, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us at your own risk.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and the right to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email thomas@baltay.ai. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

International visitors

We operate in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored there. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but there is no common standard for how sites should respond to it. We do not currently respond to those signals.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold, can be sent to thomas@baltay.ai, or to Baltay AI LLC, One Beacon Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02108.
